All rates are per hour with a half hour minimum for instrument use.  Supply costs additional.
Definitions:
Staff:  The rate charged to have a staff member perform the analysis.
Train:  The rate charged to oversee a pre-certified user in training.
User - day:  The rate charged for a certified user to perform an analysis from 7am to 5pm.
User - night:  The rate charged for a certified user to perform analysis from 5pm to 7am.
